Job Description

Role Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Backend Executive to support sales, operations, and documentation processes. The role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth coordination between teams, accurate data management, and timely execution of backend activities.


Key Responsibilities


Maintain and update sales data, customer records, and MIS reports


Coordinate with sales teams for bookings, documentation, and follow-ups


Prepare and manage agreements, allotment letters, payment schedules, and reports


Track customer payments, receipts, and handover documentation


Ensure data accuracy in CRM, Excel, and internal systems


Support coordination with legal, accounts, and operations teams


Handle customer queries related to documentation and backend processes


Maintain proper filing (digital and physical) of all records


Assist management with reports, dashboards, and performance summaries


Required Skills & Competencies


Strong proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of CRM systems


Good communication and coordination skills


High attention to detail and data accuracy


Ability to multitask and manage deadlines


Basic understanding of real estate documentation (preferred)


Eligibility & Qualifications


Graduate in any discipline


14 years of experience in backend operations, sales coordination, or administrative roles


Prior experience in real estate backend operations will be an added advantage
