Oracle EBS Data migration Professional @ Kastech

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Data Migration Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading for Oracle EBS implementations or upgrades.

• 
  

  Plan and execute data migration activities for Oracle EBS modules

  
  


• 
  

  Perform data extraction from legacy systems and external sources

  
  


• 
  

  Cleanse, validate, and transform data as per EBS standards

  
  


• 
  

  Load data using Standard APIs, Interface Tables, Open Interface Programs

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts for migration and reconciliation

  
  


• 
  

  Handle data migration for EBS modules such as:

  
  
  • 
    

    GL, AP, AR, FA, CM

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    PO, Inventory, BOM, WIP

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    HRMS / Payroll (if applicable)

    
    
  
  
  
  


• 
  

  Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and sign-off with business users

  
  


• 
  

  Support CRP, UAT, and Production cutover activities

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare migration documentation, mapping sheets, and load status reports

  
  

• 
  

  5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Data Migration

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture and data model

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, SQL Loader, and APIs

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working with interface tables and concurrent programs

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of data migration best practices and controls

  
  


• 
  

  Good communication and coordination skills

  
  

• 
  

  Experience in EBS upgrades (R12/R12.2)

  
  


• 
  

  Exposure to Oracle Cloud migration projects

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting

  
  


• 
  

  Oracle EBS Technical certification
