Job Title: Recruiter MH Sourcing

Band: SM

Location: Bangalore

Job Purpose

The HR Business Partner & Recruiter MH Sourcing will be responsible for end-to-end hiring and manpower planning for Motherhubs (MHs). This includes directly managing sourcing for 1P MHs (currently Kolkata, with more to be added) and addressing 3P MHs manpower gaps. The role involves building strong sourcing pipelines, partnering with operations leadership, and ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements to support business continuity and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing:

  • Lead hiring for 1P Motherhubs and support 3P MHs with manpower gap closures.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for volume hiring and niche roles.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to forecast manpower needs and create a sourcing strategy.

HR Business Partnering:

  • Act as the primary HR partner for MH Operations teams, ensuring alignment of people priorities with business goals.
  • Manage employee life-cycle activities: onboarding, engagement, grievance handling, and retention interventions.
  • Collaborate with managers to drive performance management, employee engagement, and capability building.
  • Provide insights and solutions on workforce planning, attrition management, and diversity hiring.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 410 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment, volume hiring, and HRBP responsibilities.
  • Proven experience in manpower sourcing for operations-intensive setups (warehousing, logistics, retail, or e-commerce preferred).
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
