Key Functions & Benefits

Invoice Capture: Uses OCR to extract data from various formats (scanned paper, PDFs, emails).
Automation: Automates data entry, matching with purchase orders (POs) and goods receipts, and routing for approvals, reducing manual effort.
Workflow Management: Routes invoices to the right people for review and approval, with built-in tracking and communication tools.
Exception Handling: Identifies and manages discrepancies (e.g., price mismatches) through predefined rules and workflows, preventing errors.
Integration: Works directly with SAP FI (Finance) and MM (Materials Management) modules, using SAP's environment and tools.
Control & Compliance: Provides a complete audit trail, enforces business rules, and ensures adherence to financial regulations.
Efficiency: Reduces processing time, minimizes operational costs, and improves cash flow
