Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage month end reporting, including preparation of financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Oversee general ledger accounting, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Provide guidance on cost accounting principles and best practices to team members.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 15-19 years of experience in Record to Report & Cost Accounting or related field.
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger Accounting, Month End Reporting, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Internal Controls.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects involving complex financial transactions.
- Having experience in Cost Accounting is a must .
- Night shifts will be mandatory for the role .
