Handle end-to-end Bench Sales activities for US IT consultants
Market consultants on C2C, W2, and 1099 requirements
Work with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients
Submit profiles, follow up for interviews, and track submissions
Negotiate bill rates, margins, and terms with vendors
Maintain and expand vendor and client relationships
Ensure no duplicate submissions and adherence to compliance
Maintain daily reports on submissions, interviews, and closures
Coordinate with recruiters and account managers for requirement fulfillment
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales
Strong knowledge of US recruitment process and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
Ability to work independently in US time zones
Good understanding of visa types (H1B, GC, USC, EAD)
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong network of active vendors and clients
Experience handling multiple consultants on bench
Proven closure and revenue generation track record
Immediate joiners preferred
