Responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, administration, configuration,
problem resolution and/or technical support for voice and data infrastructure related
hardware and software.
Communicates and coordinates network/security maintenance and schedules.
Coordinates installation of hardware and software by others including outside vendors.
Monitors and maintains network stability.
Direct and build (staff, train, and maintain employee skill levels) the team that
troubleshoots, repairs, and monitors customers network and security services.
Create, maintain, and enforce all processes and procedures for the team.
The ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as required and Selfmotivated with a positive attitude towards work.
Manage internal/external audit process to ensure compliance with all the processes.
Must Have Skills:
Working experience with Firewalls, Switches, Router, SDWAN, VPN, VOIP, WAN, LAN.
(Fortinet, Cisco, Zscaler)
Experience with NMS tool, Web proxy, SIEM, IPS/IDS, Cloud Networking, WAF preferred.
Certification: CCNA, CCNP or higher.
Advanced/fluent English skills (written and verbal) and Strong communication skills.
Tech Skill 1: Firewall management (Preferred: Fortinet)
Tech Skill 2: Router and Switches Management (Preferred: Cisco)
Tech Skill 3: Web proxy (Preferred: Zscaler) and WAF (Preferred: Barracuda)
