About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Email SDR to support our PR team. You will manage personalized, large-scale email outreach to journalists and media houses ensuring communication is accurate and aligned with Tracxns brand tone. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching, writing, and executing structured communication tasks that enhance the companys visibility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research & Identify: Find relevant journalists, publications, and media contacts using online sources such as LinkedIn, news portals, and media databases.
  • Content Awareness: Review recent articles, stories, or updates from journalists to craft thoughtful, context-based outreach.
  • Execute Outreach: Send structured and personalized email campaigns, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
  • Track & Maintain: Keep outreach data organized, monitor responses and engagement, and ensure all journalist interactions are properly recorded for easy reference.
  • Ensure Quality: Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and brand consistency across all written communication.

What Were Looking For

  • 0-3 years of experience in email outreach, communication, or related roles (freshers with strong writing skills are also welcome).
  • Excellent written communication with a focus on clarity, tone, and accuracy.
  • Prior experience in managing or writing email campaigns is an advantage.
  • Good organizational skills to handle multiple emails efficiently.
  • A mindful approach to work - careful, consistent, and quality-focused in every task.
