Job Description

Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound international calls and provide accurate resolution.
- Resolve customer queries/issues professionally.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1 year exp in international voice or semi voice process.
- Excellent communication skills (English).
- Immediate joiner preferred. Other Details:
- Cab Facility up to 25Kms.
- ESI & PF.
