Job Description
Roles of a Relationship Manager
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Business Development
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products/services.
- Acquire new clients through networking and referrals.
- Contribute to revenue growth by meeting sales targets.
- Customer Service Excellence
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and complaints.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience to enhance loyalty.
- Provide proactive support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
