- Restaurant Manager (Up to 25,000)
- F&B Captain (16,000 18,000)
- Sr. Waiter (12,000 14,000)
- Waiter (10,000 12,000)
- Bar Hostess (Salary no bar for right candidate)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage restaurant operations ensuring smooth daily functioning
- Supervise service staff and maintain service quality standards
- Take and process guest orders efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments
F&B PRODUCTION (KITCHEN DEPARTMENT)
Positions Available:
- CDP Indian Tandoor (25,000 30,000)
- CDP Chinese (25,000 30,000)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality dishes as per standard recipes
- Maintain food consistency, taste, and presentation
- Ensure proper kitchen hygiene and safety standards
- Manage kitchen operations during shifts
- Handle inventory and reduce wastage
- Train junior kitchen staff
FRONT OFFICE DEPARTMENT
Positions Available:
- Front Office Executive (14,000 18,000)
- Front Office Associate (8,000 12,000)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and bookings
- Address guest queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain records and ensure smooth front desk operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Deliver a professional and welcoming experience to guests
HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT
Positions Available:
- Room Boy (9,000 11,000)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of rooms and common areas
- Ensure timely room service and guest satisfaction
- Replace linens, toiletries, and supplies as required
- Follow housekeeping SOPs and safety standards
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATION
- Candidates must be pass out from a reputed Hotel Management College or Institute
- Relevant experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
