Design and deliver training:Create and facilitate workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to strengthen communication skills for new hires as well as existing employees.
Develop training materials:Design customized training modules and materials based on the organization's needs and employee profiles.
Assess and coach: Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to evaluate communication proficiency, and provide targeted one-on-one coaching, including accent neutralization, business English, and presentation skills.
Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with leadership, HR, and L&D teams to ensure training programs are aligned with the organizational goals.
Track and report:Monitor training effectiveness, record and publish progress reports and refine programs to ensure continuous improvement.
Stay updated:Keep current with industrys best practices and emerging trends in corporate communication and training methodologies.
Required skills and qualifications
Education:A bachelors degree in communications, Human Resources, or a related field is often preferred.
Experience: Min 2 years of experience in training and development with a strong track record of improving communication skills. Certifications like CEFR will be an added advantage. The trainer should be proficient in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI).
Technical skills: Strong ability to design and develop training programs, using various teaching methods, and creating effective assessment tools.
Soft skills:Excellent verbal and written communication, public speaking, presentation, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
