Job Description
Lead UI Developer - React
As the Lead UI Developer, you ll spearhead the front-end team in building high-performance, scalable web applications using React.js, aligned with modern UI/UX design standards
Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of React developers providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and enforcing coding best practices
- Architect and implement reusable, high-quality UI components and libraries in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define and deliver new features, ensuring seamless API integrations
- Participate in technical decision-making and front-end architecture, optimizing for performance, responsiveness, and maintainability
- Oversee testing strategies including unit, integration, and end to end tests, and ensure high code quality and conventions are followed
- Define and maintain front-end tooling and CI/CD pipelines using Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and version control systems like Git
- Stay current with evolving industry trends in front-end development, especially within the React ecosystem
- Should have implemented one AI based application using LLMs
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of front end development experience, with at least 3 years focused on React.js and state management tools (Redux or Context API)
- Strong command of modern UI technologies: React Hooks, REST APIs, responsive/adaptive design, cross browser compatibility.
- Extensive experience with tools and workflows like Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, Git, and testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving capabilities.
