Key Responsibilities:
Define performance testing strategy, methodology, and governance
Design business-aligned performance scenarios (SIP days, NAV cut-offs, market volatility)
Establish SLAs, SLOs, and capacity models
Review application architecture for performance risks across:
Front-end applications
API and service layers
Batch and scheduler-driven processes
Databases and data stores
Lead bottleneck analysis and tuning across application, JVM, database, and infrastructure layers
Define performance entry/exit gates for releases
Provide performance sign-off for major and regulatory releases
Work closely with business, development, infra, and operations teams
Key Skills:
Expertise in performance tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, Gatling)
Deep understanding of distributed systems, databases, and JVM tuning
Experience with batch-heavy financial platforms and regulatory timelines
CI/CD Pipeline creating
Build and suggest accelerators
UEM and RUM testing
