Job Description

Functional Tester (Manual) Ensures application functionality meets business expectations through structured manual testing. Test planning, test cases, functional tests, integration tests, defect reporting, test execution, UAT support. Test design, Jira/Azure DevOps, test management tools, SQL basics, strong domain knowledge. Execute test cases, log defects, follow scripts. Write test plans, refine requirements, manage UAT cycles. Lead functional QA, optimize test processes, mentor team. Define QA governance, implement standards, manage multi-project test strategy.
