Job Description

We are looking for a skilled AWS Data Engineer to join our team at Grid Dynamics. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing data pipelines on AWS.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data pipelines using AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and EMR.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data integrity.
Optimize data processing workflows for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data pipelines.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of AWS services including S3, Lambda, EMR, and DynamoDB.
Experience with data pipeline development using tools like Airflow or similar technologies.
Knowledge of data modeling concepts and database design principles.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
