Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to enhance code quality. Professional & Technical Skills:-Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA.- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.- Experience with agile project management tools and practices.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Additional Information:-
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Atlassian JIRA.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
