Job Description
- Map existing end-to-end operational processes across vendors, identify inefficiencies, and propose streamlined workflows.
- Build and implement standardized operating procedures, governance frameworks, and escalation paths.
- Define and track vendor performance metrics, KPIs, SLAs and create reporting dashboards for ongoing visibility.
- Conduct gap analyses, root-cause assessments, and introduce continuous improvement mechanisms.
- Facilitate cross-vendor alignment workshops, gather feedback, and ensure adoption of optimized processes.
- Implement a structured cadence for process health checks, audits, and performance reviews.
- Support leadership with insights and recommendations for operational decision-making.
- 7-12 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, BPM, or Management Consulting.
- Strong background in Lean/Six Sigma, process mapping, root-cause analysis, and KPI design.
- Experience working with large-scale operations involving multiple vendors or distributed teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change-management skills.
- Ability to translate complex operational needs into clear frameworks, dashboards, and measurable outcomes.
