We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr Technical Lead-Cybersecurity to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and technical leadership, with 5-10 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
Lead the development of technical solutions to enhance security posture and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on cybersecurity best practices.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity to continuously improve our defenses.
Job Requirements
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including threat modeling and risk management.
Experience with security frameworks and compliance regulations, such as ISO 27001 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
