Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our Testing Services team at Birlasoft (India) Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing services and excellent technical leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the testing services team to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely project completion.
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in testing services.
Mentor and guide junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
