Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to support customers through a blended process (voice and non-voice). The role involves assisting customers with streaming services, digital ticketing, mobile applications, and account-related queries, while delivering a high-quality customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer interactions via calls, chat, email, and SMS
  • Troubleshoot streaming, login, authentication, and mobile app issues
  • Assist with digital ticketing (mobile entry, transfers, resale, wallet access)
  • Resolve billing inquiries, subscriptions, and account setup issues
  • Provide clear, empathetic, and professional communication
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
  • Meet performance metrics including CSAT, QA, FCR, and response time SLAs

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Minimum 1+ year of customer service / BPO experience
  • Experience in voice and non-voice (chat/email) support
  • Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge (browser, cache/cookies, app issues)
  • Familiarity with iOS & Android devices
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Any graduate / undergraduate (as per company policy)
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts and rotational week offs

Preferred Skills


  • Experience in technical support or digital customer service
  • Knowledge of streaming platforms and connected devices (Smart TV, Roku, etc.)
  • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
