  • Location: Visakhapatnam (Vizag)
  • Probation Period: 3 Months
  • Stipend: 16000/-( During Probation Period )
  • Salary: 3.6 LPA( Post Probation Period )
  • Education: B.Sc. / B.Com / BA / BCA / BBA/BTech/BE/MCA/MSc
  • Joining Time: Immediate
  • Shift: Night shift
  • Transport: Two-way cab provided
  • Bond: 2 years (2 Lakh penalty if broken)
  • Skills Required:

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-centric mindset with empathy
  • Ability to handle customer queries and provide resolutions
  • Adherence to quality and compliance standards
  • Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Support: Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails, ensuring timely and accurate query resolution.
  2. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
  3. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, policies, and processes.
  4. Customer Experience: Ensure a friendly and professional approach in all interactions.
  5. Escalation Management: Identify and route critical issues to the appropriate teams.
  6. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and follow company policies.
  7. Quality & Performance: Meet KPIs, participate in training, and continuously improve service quality.
  8. Collaboration: Work with internal teams to enhance customer support processes.
