Job Description

1. Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Manage, motivate, and guide a team of telesales agents.
  • Set clear performance expectations and daily/weekly targets.
  • Lead by exampledemonstrate best practices in sales calls.

2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track individual and team KPIs (call volume, conversion rate, revenue, etc.).
  • Analyze call results and sales data to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Prepare performance reports for management.

3. Coaching & Training

  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and one-on-one feedback meetings.
  • Provide continuous training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and call handling.
  • Support new hires during onboarding and ramp-up periods.

4. Quality Assurance

  • Monitor live calls or recorded calls for quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with scripts, company policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide corrective guidance and set action plans to improve call quality.

5. Sales Strategy Execution

  • Help implement sales campaigns, promotions, and new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to refine scripts, pitches, and objection-handling methods.
  • Ensure the team follows the correct sales funnel and closing techniques.

6. Motivation & Team Culture

  • Create a positive, energetic, and professional working environment.
  • Run incentives, contests, and recognition programs.
  • Address conflicts or morale issues quickly.

7. Administrative & Operational Duties

  • Ensure schedule adherence (shift planning, breaks, coverage).
  • Approve leaves and manage attendance or performance issues.
  • Handle escalated customer calls or complex situations.

8. Collaboration & Communication

  • Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams.
  • Communicate updates, changes, and expectations clearly to the team.
  • Provide management with insights from customer feedback and sales challenges.
