Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Holiday Package Consultants to achieve individual and team targets
  • Oversee daily operations including lead allocation, tracking, and timely follow-ups
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Coordinate with internal teams for bookings, documentation, visa processing, and confirmations
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure quick and effective resolution
  • Maintain accurate sales records, lead status, and conversion reports
  • Analyze team performance and share regular MIS reports with management
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and soft skills

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities
  • Proven experience in holiday package sales and lead handling
  • Hands-on experience in visa processing and travel documentation
  • Strong people management and team-handling skills
  • Sound understanding of customer service etiquette
  • Experience in the Travel Domain is mandatory
  • Knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo / Amadeus) will be an added advantage

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry
  • Prior experience as a Team Lead / Senior Consultant in Holiday Packages preferred
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage targets effectively
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
