Job Description
Analyze, design, develop, test, and debug applications, including AI features. Collaborate with product management and functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, intelligent solutions. Enhance existing ERP modules, build new AI-driven capabilities, and ensure high standards of performance, security, and reliability.
Develop and execute unit tests, review QA test plans, and work closely with QA teams to validate both functional and technical behaviors. Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of process, tools, and engineering practices. Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience in application development using Java, JavaScript and/or Python
- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
- Experience building and deploying cloud-based, scalable applications (REST APIs, microservices)
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience integrating models into applications
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or RAG-based architectures
- Familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Proficiency in working with structured data (SQL, JSON) and data-driven systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.

- Design, develop, and deliver AI-enabled cloud applications and services for enterprise ERP platforms.
- Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product management, functional, and QA teams to drive end-to-end feature delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues across application.
- Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to engineering best practices and standards.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions for features.
- Support continuous improvement of development tools, frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering workflows.
- Assist in mentoring junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and guidelines in all delivered solutions.
