Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with 5+ Years of experience to lead and deliver SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, within the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing complex SAP programs, with at least two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations and overall experience across 5 or more SAP projects in a Project Manager capacity. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive projects from initiation through successful go-live.

Required Experience & Skills:

1. Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects as a Project Manager within the Real Estate Industry.
2. Overall experience of 5+ SAP projects working in the role of Project Manager (or consultant transitioning into PM role)
3. Preferable experience in the Real Estate industry (construction, property development, leasing, sales)
4. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA landscape and modules relevant to Real Estate
5. Proven experience managing large, multi-vendor SAP programs
6. Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and project governance frameworks
7. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
