Senior Manager- Branch Banking (icici Bank) @ ICICI Lombard

Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Responsible for sales budget of the business sourced from partner channels(brokers) through the location
2. Manage the partner relation at location level and co-ordinate internally with various functions to ensure efficient delivery of day to day service requirements
3. Managing the intermediately/ channel partners for various SME products, coordinating with customer Service team for quote, claims and UW related issues
4. Customer relationship management
5. Pre-sales / sales / post sales
6. Conducting training programs both for internal & external customers.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Candidate must be from GI industry or broking channel
2. having experience into corporate sales into commercial line
3. SME product knowledge is mandatory
