Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Lead with 14 to 25 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ABAP development and implementation.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP programs and applications.
Lead the development team in planning, organizing, and executing projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP ABAP applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP ABAP.
Mentor and guide junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and implementation.
Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming languages and technologies.
Experience in leading development teams and managing projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
