Oracle India is looking for an OTM Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud experience to support implementation and delivery of global transportation and logistics solutions. The role involves working closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and compliant OTM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end Oracle OTM Cloud implementations, covering requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-production support
- Lead and contribute to functional and techno-functional activities across transportation planning, execution, rate management, shipment management, and invoicing
- Configure OTM components such as locations, lanes, itineraries, rate offerings, rate records, and automation agents
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including BR100, MD050, functional design documents, test scripts, and user manuals
- Work on integrations between OTM and external systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, carriers) using REST/SOAP, XML, or file-based integrations
- Support data migration activities including master data and transactional data validation
- Collaborate with technical teams on extensions, reports, and OTM configurations to meet customer requirements
- Conduct CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions and support business users during testing and adoption
- Provide post go-live hypercare and ongoing support as required
Mandatory Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
- Mandatory hands-on experience with OTM Cloud
- Minimum 2 full-cycle OTM implementation projects completed
- Strong functional understanding of transportation and logistics business processes
- Experience working in customer-facing roles with global stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Experience with OTM integrations and middleware platforms
- Exposure to BI Publisher reports, automation agents, and OTM workflows
- Understanding of related Oracle modules such as GTM, ERP SCM, or WMS
- Good communication skills with the ability to work in global delivery environments
