Job Description
An experienced techno-functional lead working with Telecoms service providers (directly or as consultant from SIs, product vendors) specialization in Prepaid/Postpaid Charging, BSS and Technology such as Volte/Cloud/IMS solutions.
Having worked in RODOD framework and able to do solution design & deliver the solutions.
Profile Summary Requirement understanding, Analyzing, designing, developing, customizing and enhancing the Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) with ECE.
Should have expertise hands on in ECE, online/offline rating with good customization skills
Should have extensive debugging and montoring skills in ECE
Hands on Experience on OCOMC Customization and cartridge development
Hands on Experience on Pricing configuration from PDC
Experience in developing custom FM and opcodes, DM (data manager), EM (Extranal Manager)
Should have good BRM/ECE implementation experience on RxDOD stack
Having PCRF working knowledge and architecture added advantage
Online charging solutions and 3GPP standards for 4G and 5G (mobile services)
Should have good BRM/ECE/OCOMC upgrade experience
Should have very good understanding HA/DR architectures
Strong understanding of agile delivery concepts and SAFe in particular (certifications expected)
Good working knowledge in defining, documenting and communicate the system architecture for the project scope.
Good hands on configuration management tools and Using the latest devops (bit bucket,GIT etc)
Main Responsibilities BRM Opcode, OCOMC cartrdge and ECE extension development,monitoring
Pricing configuration design and Configuration through PDC
BRM application monitoring and Maintanence
Competencies (Experience) 7+ years of experience with the implementation of large scale Telco BRM applications.
5+ years expertise in analysis and development which includes client needs analysis, installation, migration, integration and deployment of Oracle BRM
5 + years of experience online (ECE) Charging and offline charging
2+ years of experience integrating BRM with Siebel,OSM via Oracle AIA.
Good communication skills
Should have worked in distributed delivery model i.e. onshore / offshore model
Oracle BRM certification (Optional- Added Advantage)
Expert knowledge in CI/CD (design, development, test,
test automation and performance test)
Must to Have Skills:
Oracle BRM, ECE, PDC Working experience
Having working knowledge solution design in RxDOD framework
Good To have Skills:
Application Management process
Ticket and Indecent Management
Configuration Management
GIT and SVN understanding
