Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 Salesforce production support
  
• Support and troubleshoot LWC, Salesforce Flows & integrations
  
• Manage incidents, changes, and releases using JIRA & Confluence
  
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
  
• Follow SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  
• Work closely with global teams during US business hours
  

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Salesforce Support experience
  
• Strong understanding of LWC, Flows, and Integrations
  
• Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence
  
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Comfortable working in US shift

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have 4+ yrs in Salesforce support with good knowledge of LWC, integrations, and flows. Must be comfortable with JIRA, CI/CD processes, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum, with strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
