Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects from initiation through closure.
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals. Conceptualise, analyse and evaluate the needs of different programs; make recommendations with business justification, and finally upon approval, forefront the programs
- Manage project financials, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies-Plan, estimate, budget, handle, and control costs so that the project can be completed within the approved budget.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and Salesforce best practices. Possesses understanding of Agile-certified Scrum processes, and current methods of coordinating Business & IT. Certification in either Agile Scrum Master (ASM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from an accredited Agile/Scrum organization is preferred
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
- Facilitate regular status meetings and executive updates.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Team Management
- Guide and mentor developers, consultants, and administrators.
- Foster collaboration across onshore and offshore teams.
- Resolve roadblocks and ensure sprint goals are met.
- Quality & Compliance
- Monitor project KPIs and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years total experience in IT Industry and 3+ years in Salesforce Project Management (end-to-end project management)
- Must have in-depth Salesforce Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
- Ability to collaborate with a customer's executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, and DevOps pipelines.
- Any project management-related certification (PMI -ACP / PMP / Prince 2 / PSM II, etc) is an asset
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data cleansing, data manipulation)
- Must be ready to travel on a need basis
- Nice to have Salesforce Certification
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multi-continental teams and large-scale CRM deployments.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Energy, Utilities
- Exposure to AI-infused Salesforce use cases and automation initiatives
