Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational and management reports.
  
• Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal systems to support business operations.
  
• Build and automate dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  
• Work closely with business units (Sales, Operations, HR, Tech) to gather reporting requirements.
  
• Perform trend analysis, variance analysis, and performance tracking across business functions.
  
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data reports.
  
• Prepare ad-hoc reports for leadership and strategic planning.
  
• Identify gaps and recommend process improvements in data handling and reporting.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, Statistics, or a related field.
  
• 10-17 years of experience in MIS, data reporting, or business analysis.
  
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros).
  
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and extraction.
  
• Exposure to BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
