Been there, built that: At least one solid 3+ year stint where you led a large B2C team and drove real business impact. Stability with velocity? Yes please.
Pressure-tester: Youve done hard things, and youre better for it. Deadlines dont scare you. Fire drills? You bring the extinguisher and the pep talk.
