Experience: 8 to 12 Years


Location: Hyderabad


Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 8+ years in software development, including 3+ years in IVR development
  • 2+ years of team leadership experience
  • Strong proficiency in IVR platforms (Twilio, M365)
  • IVR certifications (Twilio, Cyara) are a plus
  • Experience with AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of Jira, GitHub, Confluence
  • Strong understanding of security and privacy standards
  • Proficiency in .Net, Java, Node.js, and scripting languages
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
