Job Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team
  • In this role, you will identify business opportunities, build key client relationships, and work to expand the company s brand and market reach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
  • Interact with clients to understand their hiring goals, workforce needs, and unique challenges
  • Provide clients with consistent updates on recruitment progress, including metrics such as time-to-fill, quantity, and candidate quality
  • Act as the main point of contact for any concerns or issues that arise in internal recruitment team, such as delays in hiring or challenges faced in working on client requirements
  • Maintaining internal database that includes all open requirements, updating client feedbacks, and next steps
  • Ensure data on candidate profiles, submission dates, interview feedback, and candidate progress is accurate and up to date
  • Collect client feedback promptly on submitted profiles to update the tracker and adjust sourcing strategies as needed
  • Attend daily, weekly, or bi-weekly client meetings with the recruitment team to discuss recruitment status, upcoming priorities, and any client concerns

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Experience: 8 months up to 1 year
  • Education: Any field graduate/MBA Marketing willing to pursue their career in RPO business strategy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Expert in Market research through various sites like LinkedIn, Google, SEO
