Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Actively sell Petpooja Restaurant Billing Platform and Value-Added Services (VAS).
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and local references.
Approach and onboard restaurants by understanding their business needs and offering suitable solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
Close contracts and handle client inquiries from both new and existing customers.
Plan and participate in promotional events and local marketing activities to boost brand visibility.
Manage operational and administrative tasks including reporting and process improvement.
Provide regular performance updates and suggest strategies for business growth.
Achieve monthly sales, demo, and visit targets through strategic planning and execution.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving client issues effectively using the escalation matrix.
Maintain long-term relationships with onboarded clients to generate market references.
Represent Petpooja professionally during field visits be the brand ambassador in the market.

Additional Qualifications and Skills:

A bachelor's degree is preferable.
Professional experience of 1-6 years in field sales.
Problem-solving attitude
Customer-oriented mindset
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
Influencing Skills
Presentability is required
Fluent in communication

Eligibility Criteria:

Two-Wheeler along with Driving License
Laptop for Client Demo
