Job Description
Oracle Program Manager
Key Requirements:
Overall Experience: The candidate must have more than 10 years of experience as a PM in oracle fusion implementation and support projects.
Project leadership: Guiding projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals, scope, and budget.
Project Management Methodology: Candidate must be conversant with Oracle Fusion applications implementation methodology of Implementation:
The candidate must have performed at least 3 oracle fusion implementations of Service Delivery Assignments
The candidate must have handled at least 3 service delivery assignments
Client and stakeholder management: Serving as the primary point of contact, maintaining clear communication, and managing stakeholder expectations.
Planning and scheduling: Developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying milestones, and tracking progress against the plan.
Risk and issue management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues, and escalating them when necessary.
Resource and vendor management: Coordinating and managing resources, including team members, vendors, and subcontractors.
Financial management: Monitoring project financials, including costs, profitability, and billing, and reporting on financial performance.
Reporting: Preparing regular status reports for senior management and executives.
Configuration and optimization: Configuring and optimizing the application to meet business needs, especially for specific roles like Oracle Fusion PPM.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and strong project management principles.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (such as HCM, SCM, ERP, and PPM) is essential.
