Job Title: Regional Head - Sales Roles and Responsibilities
Overseeing end-to-end sales operations for vacant and new properties, ensuring seamless execution through teams and team leaders.
Driving lead conversion by managing and optimizing company-provided data and marketing-generated leads.
Supervising and guiding teams to generate and conduct client site visits efficiently, ensuring high engagement and client satisfaction.
Monitoring and supporting negotiations between buyers and sales teams, ensuring successful deal closures.
Setting and tracking performance goals for team leaders and sales executives to achieve weekly targets of 5 to 6 prospective site visits per team member.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to improve conversion rates and overall regional performance.
Providing training, mentorship, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity and professional growth.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, market regulations, and best sales practices
Skills Required
Excellent English communication skills written and verbal.
Proficiency in both Hindi & English and local language is an advantage.
Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience handling large teams
Applicant must be currently employed or serving notice period
