Seeking a QA Automation Tester skilled in API and UI testing with expertise in MUST HAVECypress JavaScript and UI testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications through automated test scripts Good to have BDD AWS Mocha Framework API testing AEM

Job Description
Develop maintain and execute automated test scripts for API and UI testing Utilize Cypress and JavaScript to design effective UI test cases Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and design comprehensive test scenarios Perform thorough regression testing to identify bugs and ensure software quality Analyze test results document defects and work with developers for timely resolution Participate in test planning estimation and review activities Utilize tools and frameworks for test automation continuous integration and reporting Ensure test environments are properly configured and maintained Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in test automation

Roles and Responsibilities
Design and implement automated test scripts for RESTful APIs and webbased UI applications using Cypress and JavaScript Execute automated test suites and report on test coverage and results Identify log and track defects using defect management tools Collaborate with development and product teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to improve efficiency Conduct root cause analysis for defects and recommend preventive measures Assist in setting up continuous integration pipelines with automated testing Mentor junior QA team members on automation best practices and tools including Cypress and UI testing frameworks
