As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices into a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced quality methodologies and tools. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering predictive and intelligent automation solutions, and ensuring continuous improvement in the end-to-end testing lifecycle. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align testing objectives with project goals is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, ensuring high standards of quality are consistently met.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption and implementation of innovative testing tools and automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
- Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of quality objectives with business and technical requirements. Professional Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and continuous integration processes.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective testing strategies.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in test execution and reporting.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
