Join our innovative team at micro1 as a Manual QA Tester, where your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the quality and usability of various cutting-edge products. Key Responsibilities. Perform comprehensive manual tests on software to identify bugs and ensure product quality.. Document detailed test cases and plans effectively for use by the development team.. Report and track bugs using industry-standard bug tracking tools.. Collaborate closely with developers and other testers to understand product vision and requirements.. Participate actively in Agile team processes and contribute to continuous improvement discussions.. Ensure test environments are set up correctly for accurate and efficient testing performance.. Communicate findings and suggestions for improvements both verbally and in written form.. Required Skills and Qualifications:. Proven experience in manual testing of software/web applications.. Proficiency with bug tracking tools and processes.. Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.. Familiarity with creating and maintaining detailed test documentation.. Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering clear and practical solutions.. Preferred Qualifications:. Experience in Agile testing environments..
