Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage content review processes for various clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  
• Conduct thorough analysis of customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in content quality.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate records of content reviews, ratings, and moderation activities.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to content management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Content Review or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of Apple Mapping, Google Maps, GIS concepts.
  
• Excellent skills in Content Curation, Content Moderation, Content Analysis.
