Job Description

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals for an International Customer Service & Sales (Upselling) process. The role involves handling international customers, resolving queries, and driving sales through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound international customer interactions
Provide excellent customer service and issue resolution
Upsell and cross-sell products/services to customers
Maintain quality and compliance standards
Achieve individual and team targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 6 months of experience in International Customer Service / Sales / Upselling
Graduate mandatory (any stream)
Good communication skills in English
Willingness to work in 24*7 rotational shifts

Work Schedule & Benefits:

5 days working + 2 rotational week offs
24*7 shifts
Both-side cab facility
