Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in an International BPO environment handling Customer Support/CSE roles.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English language is essential; knowledge of other languages is desirable but not mandatory.
