Description

We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in customer service and a passion for delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a positive attitude.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer service processes and share best practices.
Assist in training and mentoring junior customer service representatives.
Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to suggest improvements in services or products.

Skills and Qualifications

1-6 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle difficult situations and manage customer expectations effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
