Automation Tester @ Hexaware Technologies

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automation test scripts/scenarios using Selenium, Java, Cucumber BDD, and Test NG.
• Design and implement a comprehensive Test Automation Strategy.
• Create reusable and scalable Automation frameworks to streamline testing processes.
• Review design documents, business requirements, and acceptance criteria to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Utilize intermediate SQL skills for data analysis and insights.
• Drive Agile methodology practices within the testing environment.
• Expertly manage test activities using JIRA or HP ALM, ensuring completion and sign-off for deployment.
• Monitor project health, SLAs, KPIs, risk indicators, and process metrics.
• Lead Test Management tasks including estimation, RTM creation, and stakeholder reporting.
