Hiring for: Branch Credit Manager (BCM)

Role & responsibilities :

Locations: Hyderabad(Uppal)

Experience Required:

Total Experience: 2-3 years

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in LAP (Loan Against Property)

Role: Branch Credit Manager

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage credit appraisal, underwriting, and portfolio quality for LAP products at the branch level.

CTC: Up to 5.7 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate LAP credit proposals as per company policy

Conduct financial analysis, business evaluation & risk assessment

Ensure compliance with credit guidelines and internal processes

Coordinate with sales, operations, and risk teams for smooth disbursement

Monitor portfolio quality and reduce delinquency

Conduct field visits for customer verification whenever required

Qualification:

Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Strong analytical & credit assessment skills required
