Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Responsible for regulating business performance of SME line of business for the defined territory and implementing the sales strategy
- The role holder is also responsible for managing a team of RMs/TMs and generating business through them
- Assigning sales targets to the sales managers and track the profitability & productivity of the channel
- Exploring new products, ideas and providing constant feedback on performance of our performance of our products in the market.
- Prepare periodic MIS and track the performance of the sales managers, advisors and products and providing feedback to the corporate office for the same.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Candidate must be from GI industry or broking channel
- having experience into corporate sales into commercial line
- SME product knowledge is mandatory
