Inside Sales Executive-Tele Annual
Job Description:
Position holder will be an individual contributor
Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients using telephonic and/or video conversations
Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from IndiaMART
Ensure products/services in client s e-catalog are accurately defined
Prompt resolution of client complaints
Assist the field sales team in achieving revenue and client retention targets by systematic follow up & time bound closures
Daily 10-12 meaningful telephone/video calls with client
Experience Range:
0 - 3 years
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation,andMBA/PGDM

Skills Required:

tele calling,Client Services,MBA,Sales,Inside sale,customer handling,business development,telesale,Customer Acquisition

Candidate Attributes:

Client handling and application of Tele-sales techniques.
